Janus may process account details, authorized environment descriptions, assessment inputs, reports, billing references, audit records, and—after Guardian is launched—approved endpoint posture data.

Purpose and retention

Information is used to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, maintain audit history, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention should be configured according to customer contracts and applicable law.

Data choices

Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion where legally and technically permitted. Guardian monitoring can be stopped by revoking or uninstalling a node.
