Janus Shield Terms of Service

1. Services

Janus Shield provides authorized cybersecurity assessment, digital-twin modeling, decision support, reporting, and optional Guardian services. Janus does not guarantee that every vulnerability, incident, or loss will be detected or prevented.

2. Customer authority

You represent that you have authority to submit the systems, data, users, and environments included in the service and to authorize the agreed assessment or monitoring activities.

3. Safe use

Services must be used only for environments you own or are expressly authorized to assess. Janus guidance requires human review before production changes.

4. Fees and subscriptions

One-time and recurring charges are shown before checkout. Recurring services continue until canceled under the applicable billing terms.

5. Limitations

Cybersecurity involves uncertainty. Janus provides risk information and recommendations, not a warranty of security, legal compliance, or uninterrupted operation.
